ARTICLE 21: DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
21.1 Primary Resolution:
All disputes between members, or between a member and the Club, must first be attempted to be resolved amicably within the Managing Committee.
21.2 Binding Arbitration:
If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, it may be referred to a Binding Arbitration Panel.

If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, it may be referred to a Binding Arbitration Panel.
- The panel shall consist of three members:
1. One member appointed by the President/Vice-President.
2. One member chosen by the complainant(s).
3. An independent, neutral Chairman agreed upon by both parties. - The arbitration proceedings must be fair and allow both parties to present evidence.
- The Award of the arbitration panel is final, binding, and legally enforceable on all parties.
