ARTICLE 15: CLUB ETIQUETTE & COMMUNICATION
15.1 Official Channels:
All official Club communication shall occur only through authorized channels:
KPTC WhatsApp/Telegram groups, registered email IDs, and written notices.
15.2 Internal Dispute Resolution:
Internal disputes and complaints must be raised through the proper internal channels (Managing Committee → President/Vice-President → Arbitration) and must not be aired on social media or in public forums.
15.3 Sportsmanship and Conduct:
All members must communicate with each other and officials respectfully at all times.
Fighting, public arguments, physical altercations, harassment, abuse, or discrimination is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a major disciplinary issue.
15.4 Member Responsibility:
It is the primary responsibility of each member to be fully aware of all race rules, charts, and timings announced by the Committee.
Members must proactively ask the Committee for clarification on any point they do not understand before the race procedures begin.
