ARTICLE 27: ADOPTION & FINAL UNDERTAKING
27.1 Adoption:
This Constitution and Bylaws were officially adopted by the unanimous decision of the Founding Managing Committee on _______________.
27.2 Final Undertaking:
By applying for, accepting, and retaining membership in the Kilakarai Pigeon Tournament Club (KPTC), the member explicitly, irrevocably, and unconditionally agrees to abide by all rules, terms, and conditions enumerated in this document, without exception or reservation.

- i. Those who agree to these terms are welcome to join as respected members.
- ii. Those who do not agree with these rules are respectfully asked to stay away.
- iii. It is MANDATORY to follow the Discipline & Integrity sections. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:
- CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
- FORFEITURE OF ALL PRIZES, CERTIFICATES, AND TROPHIES
- PERMANENT EXPULSION FROM THE CLUB
