24 hours' notice for Emergency Meetings.

Notices are delivered via:
- Club WhatsApp/Telegram groups
- Registered Email
- SMS to registered numbers
- Written Circulars
A notice is deemed served 24 hours after it is sent via an official channel.
It is the member's responsibility to keep their contact details updated with the Secretary.
The Club is not responsible if a member fails to receive a notice due to their own outdated information.
