ARTICLE 17: DISCIPLINE, INTEGRITY & ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

17.A CAPITAL OFFENCES (Mandatory Permanent Expulsion):
  • 17A Fraud: Clock tampering, seal breaking, ring fraud (duplicate/fake), pigeon substitution, "proximity fraud," basket interference.
  • 17B Doping: Use of banned performance-enhancing substances.
  • 17C Dual Membership: Discovery of active membership in another club within Ramanathapuram District.
  • 17D Bribery: Offering or accepting bribes to influence results or membership decisions.
  • 17E Betting/Gambling: Betting on KPTC race outcomes.
17.F OTHER SERIOUS OFFENCES (May lead to suspension or expulsion):
  • 17F Violence/Abuse: Fighting, threats, or abusive language.
  • 17G Defamation: Publicly defaming the Club or its members.
  • 17H Misuse of IP: Unauthorized use of the KPTC name, logo, or data.
  • 17I Creating Dissent: Forming sub-groups to undermine the Club.
  • 17J Negligence: Causing significant loss or damage to Club assets.
  • 17K Social Media Misconduct: Posting false results, personal attacks, or confidential information.
17.L Mandatory Winner Verification:
Winners of major races must submit the winning pigeon for immediate physical verification within 48 hours (photos, video on the loft, physical inspection, or biological testing). Failure to comply will result in disqualification.

17.M Disciplinary Process:
The President/Vice-President will investigate all breaches. The member under investigation may be suspended from all activities pending the outcome. Penalties are at the discretion of the Leadership.

17.N Appeal Process:
A disciplined member may appeal in writing to the President and Vice-President within 7 days of the decision. Their decision on the appeal is final and binding. Suspension continues during the appeal process.
