Preamble:
We, the founding members, hereby establish this supreme governing document for the Kilakarai Pigeon Tournament Club (KPTC).
Our foundation is built on unshakeable integrity, absolute fairness, radical transparency, and the paramount welfare of the racing pigeon.
This Constitution is the law of the Club.

ARTICLE 1: FOUNDATIONS
1.1 Name:
The organization shall be named the "Kilakarai Pigeon Tournament Club (KPTC)", herein referred to as "the Club" or "KPTC".
1.2 Legal Status & Duration:
The Club shall operate as an unincorporated association or shall be registered as a Society under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, at the discretion of the Managing Committee.
It shall operate in perpetuity, governed by this document.
1.3 Jurisdiction:
The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal matters pertaining to the Club shall be the courts in Ramanathapuram District, Tamil Nadu, India.
1.4 Official Language:
The official language for daily operations is Tamil.
For all legal, interpretive, and archival purposes, the English version of this Constitution shall be definitive.
1.5 Definitions:
- "The Club" or "KPTC": Refers to the Kilakarai Pigeon Tournament Club as a legal entity.
- "The Leadership" or "Supreme Authority": Refers collectively to the Permanent President and the Vice-President.
- "The Committee" or "Managing Committee": Refers to the body constituted under Article 5.
- "Member": Any individual granted membership under Article 3.
- "Capital Offence": A violation so severe it mandates permanent expulsion.
