ARTICLE 25: DISSOLUTION

25.1 Process:
Upon the decision to dissolve the Club, all liabilities and debts shall be first settled from the Club's assets.

25.2 Distribution of Remaining Assets:
Any remaining assets, funds, or equipment shall not be distributed to any member.
They shall be transferred entirely to another non-profit organization with similar objectives, as chosen by the President and Vice-President.

ARTICLE 26: GENERAL PROVISIONS

26.1 Compliance with Law:
The Club and its members shall comply with all applicable laws of India.

26.2 Non-Discrimination:
The Club is open to all who meet the eligibility criteria, without discrimination based on race, religion, caste, or gender.

26.3 Conflict of Interest:
Members must declare any potential conflict of interest in Club matters to the Secretary.

26.4 Savings Clause (Severability):
If any provision of this Constitution is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

26.5 Language & Interpretation:
The English version of these Bylaws prevails for all interpretive purposes.

26.6 Confidentiality Agreement:
Members must keep Club affairs confidential.

26.7 Escalation of Dispute:
If arbitration fails, courts are the recourse.

26.8 Electronic Signatures & Records:
Digital records and signatures are as valid as physical ones.
